The first & foremost step which URI implies is to have a deep discussion and to develop understanding regarding vision of a client.
This understanding help us to empathize what actually the client wants and the meeting ends up with a mutual agreement.
This agreement includes client’s budget, furniture layout and placement, discussion on manpower planning and time frame.
In this Schematic design phase we focus on developing several directions of design scheme which incorporates space planning, furniture layout, material and finishes, furniture styles and color palates, positioning of furniture according Vastu.
This design is based on 2D CAD layout plan which will present the basic space management. On the basis of this layout we proceed with a detailed discussion with client so as to make the client understand our planning process.
Once the client understand the concept and after the alteration in the concept if any required.
We, further proceed to next step which include 3D rendered image. Providing a clear and actual view of how the overall project will look like before even incurring the actual cost.
According to 3D image we start work on assembling specifications and schedules that provide clear instructions to the exclusive and other workman. We present with additional materials to support our schemes and provide proper site supervision.
During the installation we oversee the placements of rugs, furniture, window treatments, art and accessories which involves from the selection of curtains, bedsheets to different decorates, lights and chandeliers etc.
Our involvement continues even after the installations as we always work to accommodate our clients and their families outgoing needs.
